Clinical Manager
A Clinical Manager (BCBA) provides leadership and oversight within the ABA program, ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality and treatment integrity. This role involves supervising Behavior Consultants, reviewing and approving treatment plans, monitoring program fidelity, and providing guidance to ensure interventions remain evidence-based and ethically sound. The Clinical Manager collaborates with families and interdisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care, ensures compliance with regulatory and professional standards, and fosters a supportive environment that promotes clinical excellence, professional growth, and compassionate, outcomes-driven care.
Clinical Supervisor
A Behavior Consultant, such as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS), is responsible for designing, supervising, and evaluating individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs to promote meaningful behavioral and skill development. They conduct functional behavior assessments, develop data-driven intervention plans, and provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure high-quality, consistent implementation. Behavior Consultants collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to create supportive environments that foster growth, independence, and improved quality of life for every client.
Behavior Technician - ABA
A Behavior Technician plays a vital role in the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans developed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS). They work directly with clients—often children with autism or other developmental differences—to teach new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and promote independence using evidence-based techniques. Behavior Technicians collect and record data on client progress, maintain professionalism and ethical standards, and collaborate closely with families and clinical supervisors to ensure consistent, compassionate, and effective treatment.
